We are seeking to appoint a well organised and motivated individual to lead on the analysis of data and ensure the integrity of the CRM system for the Business Development Teams at Willen Hospice.
Working with the Supporter Services Manager & Administrators, as well as with the wider Fundraising teams, you will improve the current audience insight and analysis; developing strategies for improving the quality of the data collected and retained, to inform current and future fundraising strategies using findings on datasets. You will import third party data into the CRM database and provide targeted mailing lists for the team.
The ideal candidate will need to have an analytical mind, be a competent user of Microsoft 365, with advanced excel skills. You will need to have extensive database experience and the ability to interpret web traffic data using Google Analytics etc.
