Finance and Resources Director

Wiltshire Creative is a multi-arts organisation seeking a Finance & Resources Director. The role will act as Deputy CEO and will work closely with the Executive to provide financial leadershop supporting our mission and wider strategic initiatives..

The Director is responsible for the strategic leadership of the Finance, Human Resources, Information Technology and administrative teams and functions, ensuring the resources of Wiltshire Creative are deployed effectively and efficiently to maximise Wiltshire Creative’s financial and administrative performance. They work with the board of trustees (including the Finance sub-committee), Executive and senior management team, providing accurate and timely information and interpretation to assist decision-making across the organisation.
