Winston’s Wish is a national charity providing support to children who have been bereaved.
We are now recruiting a 0.6 FTE Training Partnerships Practitioner to develop, promote and deliver online bespoke bereavement training to schools and youth workers who have been at most risk during the Covid-19 pandemic. This role can be based at either of our office locations (Cheltenham or Hove).
The successful candidate will be responsible for researching key areas at risk, identifying the training needs and working with the wider team to develop and deliver a bespoke training package of support.
All applicants will have a relevant professional qualification in working in education, training or learning. Applicants will have at least 3 years’ experience of working with children, young people and families in a health, social care, youth, community or education setting.
You should be enthusiastic about working as part of a dynamic and creative team and you will have an excellent consulting mindset with the ability to quickly assimilate information and to translate into potential solutions and ways of working.
