We are looking for an experienced and innovative practitioner to lead the delivery and development of an exciting new pan London project for young women. The project is a unique partnership project bringing together 12 leading VAWG organisations in London. We require an individual with strong co-ordinating and leadership skills to ensure that there is cohesive and consistent practice and delivery across this unique Pan-London service.
You will be required to co-ordinate, plan and develop the pan-London service. You will hold responsibility for monitoring, evaluation, performance management and data collection of the service as well as reporting to key stakeholders and commissioners. You will also need to ensure smooth delivery of outputs and outcomes across the partnership as well as facilitating regular partnership meetings and advocate forums.
This is a fast-paced role, delivered through an intersectional feminist framework, offering a unique opportunity for a highly skilled, efficient and dynamic co-ordinator to play a pivotal role in this London consortium project.
This post will be based in Shepherds Bush (the role includes travel across London).
This role is funded by Mayors Office for Policing and Crime.
