To lead Women’s Aid’s national On Track programme. On Track is a case management and outcomes monitoring system designed to empower local domestic abuse services to collect robust evidence as part of their work. Using On Track, services can also contribute to a secure, anonymous national data-set, providing valuable evidence on the needs and experiences of survivors across the country.
Working with the Data Business Manager and On Track Project Officer to roll out and support the use of On Track for Women’s Aid members and the collection and use of national data. To support new and existing users to implement and use On Track, and lead on on-going developments to the system to meet their needs. To lead on analysis of the On Track national dataset, and present data to Women’s Aid teams and external stakeholders, including to funders. To support Women’s Aid’s member services to evidence the impact of their work. To contribute to a wide evidence base, ensuring that data collection and management of assigned projects is integrated and effective to support the work of Women’s Aid.
