Working at the Women's Equality Party

The best thing about working for the Women's Equality Party is having the chance to shape its future. We are only three years old and there is no blueprint for the work that we do. Our staff are motivated and inspired by the opportunity to do politics differently and to make space for those who have been excluded for too long. Because equality is better for everyone.
