Wood Green is embarking on exciting programme of change across our data systems, reporting and insight. From the fundraising and marketing campaigns we undertake to how our services for pets and people perform we are looking to transform the way we engage with our various audiences.
Building and developing our Customer Relationship Management capability, through marketing selections, analysis and insight, will be key to ensuring Wood Green can take a whole organisation approach to engaging with supporters, volunteers, service users and the wider public.
We are looking for an Insight Selections Analyst to help build and deliver this capability and to meet some of the increasing demand from across the organisation. You will work with teams to understand their business drivers and strategy, support with the development of marketing selections and journeys, and provide analysis and insight to help performance improve.
You will need excellent, client-facing experience and brilliant communication, business analysis and influencing skills. You will have significant experience with marketing selections, analysis and journey orchestration tools and platforms.
The starting salary for this position is £24,585 - £27,317 dependent on experience.
