As the Personal Assistant to our Directors of Fundraising and Brand & Communications of you’ll be integral in driving activity and ensuring successful delivery of priorities, projects and workflow through the department. You’ll work closely with the Directors’ Senior Leadership team, wider department and with other PA’s across the Trust to ensure smooth delivery and to ensure best practice is shared.
You’ll also ensure monthly reports, meeting minutes, KPIs and other reports are collated and submitted to tight deadlines, and monitor and report on budgets across each team within the Fundraising and Brand & Comms department.
With clear administrative experience at Director support level, including effective management of a busy diary, you’ll have excellent IT skills across all Microsoft Office applications and exceptional organisational and planning skills.
You’ll also have strong interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work well with colleagues and achieve the necessary outcomes within timescales.
