The Woodland Trust is the UK’s leading woodland conservation charity. We want to see a UK rich in native woods and trees, for people and wildlife. The Trust aims to engage and inspire people about woods and trees to help us meet our vision of creating, restoring and protecting woodland.
The Technology Transformation Team is looking for a Senior Digital Enablement Business Partner (SBP) who will be responsible for a team of Business Partners, ensuring that all Business Areas are fully supported in their digital enablement journey. As the SBP you will be responsible for supporting and mentoring the BP’s in order to ensure they are developing professionally and are bringing maximum value and impact to the organisation. Working closely with the Countries and Regions teams as their single point of contact within the Digital Enablement Team, you will provide an ariel view of what needs to be achieved, linking this to the activities and projects being highlighted by the BP’s. The SBP will be a strategic link between the business and the Head of Technology Transformation.
The successful candidate will be experienced in managing a team of Business Partners and Business Analysts. You will be able to work strategically and the bigger picture. Excellent relationship development and senior stakeholder engagement skills are essential. Candidates will be personable, diplomatic and empathetic with strong listening skills and outstanding communication skills. You must be confident and comfortable communicating through formal and informal methods to engage with a range of audiences and individuals. The ability to take technical jargon and translate it into something which is easily understood in a wider context across the organisation is a must. To succeed in the role you will be adept in Agile working methodologies and able to support departments in the adoption of new technologies.
