As one of two Sales & Marketing Coordinators, you will play a key part in the future success of Woodrow High House by supporting the Sales & Marketing Manager to achieve annual income targets and supporting the overall financial sustainability of Woodrow High House. Your specific area of focus will be generating new Leisure Centre business and retention of existing customers; with key areas of responsibility around the sales & marketing of onsite facilities. This includes the sports hall, 3G Astroturf pitch, off-road cycle circuit and swimming pool.
Your aim will be to support the sales and marketing processes and systems to meet, and where possible exceed, annual targets for earned income. You will be responsible for meeting agreed income targets that will be set for you. You will also support other areas of sales and marketing across Woodrow, including residential bookings and holiday activities, as needed.
We expect you to come with some sales and account management experience, as well as strong negotiation and customer service skills. You will have a keen willingness to learn, enthusiasm and energy that will support the team and continue to help Woodrow thrive and grow. We expect you to be able to work individually as well as collaboratively to support operations and customer experiences across Woodrow’s various departments.
More widely, you will be expected to play a proactive part in the implementation of the work and policy of London Youth as a whole.
