We are looking to recruit an experienced administrator to provide comprehensive administrative services to Worcester Community Trust. This will include supporting all elements within the Trust’s HR and finance department, as well as providing administrative and compliance support at our Construction Training Centre.
The successful candidate must have proven experience of managing multiple workstreams and conflicting deadlines, whilst maintaining a high degree of accuracy in their work.
Essential criteria –
- Excellent administrative and organisational skills, with at least two years’ experience of administrative work
- Excellent IT skills especially in Microsoft Word and Excel and the ability to update websites and social media sites
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, having the ability to communicate effectively with a range of staff and customers
- Ability to prioritise own workload and to work effectively under pressure
