As our Office & Operations Manager, your role has two key functions: managing the office to ensure it runs smoothly (approx. 70%) and providing basic Executive Assistant support to the CEO, focused on diary management and travel arrangements (approx. 30%).

Your primary responsibility will be to provide support to facilitate the smooth running of the World Bureau. This includes ensuring the site is safe & secure and that a suitable environment is maintained for staff and visitors. You must make sure that office equipment is maintained, relevant records are up to date and that all administration processes work effectively.

Additionally, this role will require you to provide basic high quality & confidential administrative support to the Chief Executive.


To become our Office & Operations Manager, you will need to have significant experience in undertaking a full range of office administrative/management tasks.

You will have a ‘can do’ attitude, be highly organised, team oriented and have the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
