An exciting opportunity has arisen within our head office based in Snetterton, Norfolk. We are currently looking to recruit a full time permanent Research & Education Officer to join our Communications and Public Affairs team.
The aim of this role is to help the charity positively impact on equine welfare by changing policy, practice and attitudes through research, data collection and analysis. The main focus of this position is to develop and coordinate the charity’s research and educational activities by collaborating with relevant departments and consultants where necessary.
The successful candidate will be educated to Degree level and have a proven track record within a research field. You will possess excellent analytical skills, outstanding people skills and be an excellent communicator with the ability to take responsibility and prioritise workload whilst working to tight deadlines. Equine knowledge is essential for this role and fluency in another language would be desirable.
