The post holder will join the Finance & Resources team who are responsible for delivering a high quality and efficient operations function to the organisation. This post is managed by the Director of Finance & Resources and works closely with the Senior Leadership Team. This is a standalone HR role with some administrative support provided by the Office Manager.
The ideal candidate will have experience of providing HR in a standalone role, dealing with payroll and pensions in a small to medium sized organisation. They will have the confidence and ability to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines. Knowledge of employment law and HR best practice is essential to ensure the role is carried out to a high standard. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking for a part-time HR role and is comfortable providing advice at all levels in the organisation, managing outsourced HR services and developing and monitoring HR policies.
