This is a temporary contract for 12 months (Oct 2021-Oct 2022) to cover maternity leave. It is part time with 25 hours. We are open to exploring flexible work days across the week and there is some scope for remote working for part of the week.
This role is instrumental in facilitating the smooth running of World Physiotherapy and supporting the work for the chief executive officer (ceo), deputy ceo, president, board members and key activities across a range of functions.
To be successful in this position you will need to be well organised, hard-working and flexible as this is a fast paced and challenging role, working to multiple deadlines.
You will be able to work independently, manage your own workload and respond flexibly to the needs of the team and the wider organisation. You will be IT proficient (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and ideally a CRM tool), have excellent written/verbal communication skills, demonstrable project administration experience and a high standard of customer service.
