Church Engagement Relationship Officer (Northern England)
Salary: £27,000 per annum, depending on experience + good range of benefits
Contract: Permanent – 36.5 hours per week
Based: Home based in the North of England

Are you passionate about changing the lives of the world’s most vulnerable children? This role involves inspiring churches and church leaders to be agents of change and to partner with World Vision to empower children and communities out of poverty for good. The Church Engagement Relationship Officer role holds responsibility for the number, quality and outcomes of partnerships within their church portfolio.
We’re looking for a relationship manager who can personally represent the Christian Values of World Vision. You will have effective interpersonal skills and strong emotional intelligence, you will be highly self-motivated, a self-starter with the ability to work using your own initiative as this is a homebased position. You will have solid experience in church leadership or building relationships in a charity environment. Ideally experience of the church environment with an established network within the Christian community. You will also need highly developed communications skills and a deep personal engagement and understanding of the Christian faith.
