Head of Programme Finance & Compliance (maternity cover)
Salary: £50,500 - £53,300 per annum, depending on experience + good range of benefits
Contract: 12 month fixed-term contract – 36.5 hours per week
Based: Milton Keynes

Do you have what it takes to lead a high performing, multi-disciplinary team and help leverage to the full the financial resources World Vision UK commits to improving the lives of the most vulnerable children around the world? We are looking for a qualified accountant who is a strategic thinker, able to maintain a strong culture of financial and risk management whilst at the same time bringing innovation and continuous improvement to the way we both raise and invest our resources.
In this role you will work directly in the part of World Vision UK that currently raises half of our annual revenue, and that oversees the implementation of our life-changing programmes overseas. As such, it is critical that you have a strong alignment with our vision for impact, balanced with the commercial acumen to help us grow sustainable future business. This is a dynamic, non-traditional finance leadership role in which you will have substantial responsibilities while also benefiting from considerable freedom to operate.
You will need to be a great team player, able to influence and bring the best out of others. A strong team leader and people manager and have the ability to work effectively across the organisation.
