At an exciting time of development that includes investing in Regional Engagement, with a long term vision to create sustainable funds for their impactful work. We are recruiting for a Regional Fundraising Manager vacancy to work and manage a team of 2, within an energetic, friendly team and help the charity achieve its fundraising targets across the North East.

This is a brilliant opportunity to work for a strong charity brand, within a friendly fundraising team in a new role covering the region at the Charity. You will be managing a team of 2. This charity is growing their focus in the Regional Fundraising area, so it’s a very exciting time to be joining in their developing journey! You will work with Community groups, regional corporate, local events, schools and other areas.

Salary: £35,748

Duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and building innovative and creative sustainable fundraising relationships to maximise donations from new and existing supporters.
  • Managing regional fundraising partnerships with local businesses, groups, societies and trusts.
  • Engaging in new connections and Partnerships by using established network and knowledge.
  • Develop and support relationships with key local businesses, community groups, educational establishments, clubs and associations to maximise on-going support and fundraising potential.
  • identify opportunities for growth and will work strategically to develop and implement long-term fundraising plans

This is a fantastic role for an experienced fundraising professional (community fundraising / corporate partnerships / regional fundraising) to further their network with a brilliant charity.

Applicants will need:

  • Experience in Corporate or Community Fundraising
  • Proven experience of networking and of developing and stewarding excellent personal relationships with external and internal stakeholders, donors and volunteers.
  • Ability to build relationships with key figures in the community
  • Outstanding planning, organisational and implementation skills
  • Effective communication skills and confident in delivering key messages to a variety of audiences
  • Networking and Influencing skills.
  • Ability to manage and prioritise several projects and tasks.
