If that sounds like you, then we have a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for a full time role in the London area for a Trusts and Foundations Manager.

This fantastic new role has arisen for a proactive and experienced Philanthropy Manager to join a £10m+ organisation at a very exciting time, to help them further develop and grow the organisation. You will have a proven track record of leading and developing a Trusts and Foundations Programme to achieve ambitious targets. You will be an energetic and creative individual, bringing extensive Trust Fundraising knowledge and leadership to the team. You will be responsible for securing income from active and dormant audiences, focusing on donors and growing income from Trusts and Foundations.

Salary: £38,000 - £42,000

Duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Lead a strategy to maximise trusts income, seeking opportunities and pursuing these opportunities.
  • Develop and deliver tailored proposals and stewardship.
  • Identify and research leads to build a pipeline of Trusts and foundations prospects.
  • Monitor, review and evaluate performance against strategic plans and reports and financial forecasts
  • Develop and implement a range of cultivation tools

Applicants will need:

  • Knowledge and experience of Trusts and Foundations Fundraising
  • Experience working in a Donor focused organisation
  • Strong experience managing and developing relationships with Trusts and Foundations
  • Personal experience securing and supporting donations at a 5/6 figure level.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Effective communication skills including, writing, proof reading and copywriting.
  • Networking and Influencing skills.
  • Ability to manage and prioritise several projects and tasks.
