Job description

The College Centre for Quality Improvement, (CCQI) is a multi-disciplinary team who evaluate, audit and research mental health services. We are seeking dynamic and proactive people to join us:

Programme Manager

National Clinical Audit of Psychosis (NCAP)

Job Share; 17.5 hours per week

FTC till 30 April 2020

Salary: £38,891 pro rata

The Royal College of Psychiatrists have been awarded 3 years’ funding for a major new programme of work to evaluate the quality of care provided to people with psychosis and people with anxiety and depression.  It has been funded by the Healthcare Quality Improvement Partnership, on behalf of NHS England.  This is an exciting opportunity to make a difference to the quality of NHS care that people with mental health problems receive.

The successful candidate will have experience of project management, having worked in quality improvement, audit or research previously. Excellent organisational, report writing, interpersonal and communication skills are required, as well as excellent attention to detail. Responsibilities include: overseeing project plans; supervising staff; designing data collection tools; collecting and analysing data; writing reports; organising events.

The successful candidates will be required to undertake a DBS check.
