Insight Manager

This is an incredible opportunity to use your experience of managing research projects to help find solutions to the greatest environmental problems facing our planet. As part of the world’s principal independent conservation organisation we want you to take a key role in helping bring our organisation closer to our supporters and the broader public by providing strategic and tactical consumer research and insight to help unlock the potential, as well as drive impactful delivery, of our audience engagement.

We have ambitious goals to increase our support and income over the next few years, and research and insight will be key to delivering this strategy. As Insight Manager you will collaborate with colleagues to deliver insight to support the design and evaluation of our supporter financial and non-financial engagement activities. You will plan and schedule research activities, ensuring it is delivered to the highest quality and with commercial and practical relevance.  You will also lead on managing our in-house monthly brand tracking survey and consult on the design, monitoring and evaluation of campaigns and products. You will oversee partner organisations too. Important will be the ability to drive innovation and embed and champion our analysis and insight in the organization.

Comfortable working the full quantitative and qualitative research cycle, you must have extensive experience in designing and managing research projects. You will demonstrate the ability to take projects through from research design and proposal through to presentation and embedding too.

Highly analytical and creative, you will be adept at interpreting data, possess an in-depth understanding of online surveys can produce high quality reports that inspire. Calm under pressure you will also possess good communication and presentation skills, an eye for detail and the ability to multi-task. You will be an effective project manager too.

Knowledge of the charity sector as well as analysis tools, such as SPSS would be an advantage.
