Wythenshawe Community Initiative Ltd is a charity based at Woodhouse Park Family Centre and delivering services across Wythenshawe. The organisation was created by the hard work and determination of local residents who recognised a need for some sort of community support in the area.

We recently secured funding for a new post. The Family Support Coordinator will support vulnerable children and families in Wythenshawe, and in particular will lead the development of a new five year Lottery funded project for primary school aged children and their families. This project will help families to build resilience, encourage good mental health and improve family relationships by providing one to one support and group activities
