Job purpose: To support the generation of funds from charitable trusts, statutory bodies and corporates for YMCA East Surrey core costs, existing projects and new developments
Hours of work: 24 hours per week, over a minimum of 3 week days and within 9:00 – 17:00. Please state your preference on your application form; however, the working days of the Fundraising and Development Manager will also be taken into account, as that is also a part time role.
Location: YMCA Sports & Community Centre, Redhill
Salary / pay rate: £22,000 – 28,000 FTE (£13,200 - £16,800 for 24 hours per week) depending on experience
Annual leave: Four weeks (pro-rata) plus bank holidays. Holidays increase after two years service to a maximum of five weeks pro-rata after six years service. The holiday year runs from 1 April to 31 March each year
