The ability to commit and work within the aims, principles and policies of the Trust. Lead and contribute to a team. Identify and develop ideas and opportunities. Make day to day decisions on the running of an organisations. People management skills including coaching and mentoring skills.Track record of successful income generation, for example through fundraising, commissioning, and marketing activities. capability of influencing external change and to earn and maintain the trust of people including funding bodies and donors. Financial management and budgeting control. communicate and negotiate effectively in person and in writing with individuals and with various organisations, and to research and interpret complex information and produce clear verbal and written reports. Understanding of the voluntary sector and, in particular, knowledge of the strategic and policy environment in which the trust operates. Broad understanding of the operation and administration of public and legal services, including an understanding of commissioning. Managing ICT in a business environment, including the ability to: use ICT packages; undertake ICT business planning; develop and maintain management information systems and procedures; and manage supplier relationships. Track record in project management.
The hours for this job are between 22 & 30 per week to suit the successful applicant.
