UKCF are the membership organisation for 47 UK community foundations; the only national network of charitable funders with a physical presence in every part of the UK and the UK’s 4th largest funder.
We are currently using a shared legacy system built with Salesforce Classic though will be implementing and supporting 38 individual Salesforce instances from June 2024 for each Community Foundation. Each individual instance will be based on a network agreed Salesforce design, with the ability for foundations to bespoke their system to fit their individual needs if required.
This role of Systems Administrator reports into the Network Digital Transformation Lead and will initially cover our existing legacy system and be an integral part of the implementation, data migration and ongoing development and support of the new system and structure.

The Corporate Partnerships team is evolving at pace, securing some seriously exciting and impactful partnerships over the past 2 years.
This is a brand-new role, part of growth plans and big investment in fundraising. You'll have oversight of the new business pipeline and act as resident expert for external opportunities. You're ambitious in vision and scope, feeling confident to develop strategic multi-year partnerships from scratch.
There's a big focus on the interplay between internal and external stakeholders. Working strategically to really get under the skin of organisational strategy and showcase the case for support; then leveraging both to maximum effect with prospective partners.
About you

Through exceptional account management and stewardship, you'll focus on securing and retaining relationships with multi-year, multi-million pound partners.
There's a bold organisational ambition is to secure two new high value accounts (£5 million+), so you'll work closely with new business colleagues to develop the products and services to make this a reality.
The scope and scale of the offer and case for support is primed and ready to go - we just need a superstar to present the proposition to the right partners. You'll take on the account management of existing partnerships with Aviva and National Grid, proactively building awareness internally and externally to showcase and celebrate success.

A fantastic opportunity exists for a Head of Digital Marketing to join the team. As Head of Digital Marketing, you will lead the agency’s digital strategy and drive impactful change for their clients. This is a full-time, permanent role, hybrid, located in Bradford.
Who are we looking for?
Ideal candidates will have a proven track record of success in developing and executing comprehensive digital strategies tailored to meet client objectives, leveraging various digital technologies and channels. You will have experience in driving digital transformation initiatives, leveraging cutting-edge technologies and methodologies. You will have a strong understanding of client stakeholder engagement and management, including acting as the primary point of contact for key clients, providing strategic digital counsel, and cultivating strong relationships with media agencies, affiliate partners, and internal teams.
