This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast moving, youth focused, charity and play a pivotal role in the development of our digital content and platforms. We are looking for an experienced, creative and proactive individual to join Young Enterprise as Digital Learning Manager on a permanent basis.
About the role
The Digital Learning Manager will be responsible for the ongoing development, management and monitoring and evaluation of the platforms and online content which support young people taking part in our programmes, including YE Learning Zone which houses self-led e-learning courses for students and YE Online and YE Trading Station which supports students taking part in our flagship Company Programme.
The Digital Learning Manager will be responsible for the ongoing maintenance and support of each platform as well as placing a focus on building research findings to identify and action relevant content and digital developments to improve the infrastructure and user experience.
Who we are looking for
We are seeking an individual with strong organisation and project management skills, a solution focussed attitude to problem solving and the ability to balance and prioritise competing demands in a busy function. A successful track record of developing online content and managing web and digital platforms is essential. An understanding of education and school centred programmes, plus experience working with web and digital developers would be a distinct advantage.
Reporting to the Senior Programme Manager, this role provides a real opportunity to help drive YE’s digital offer forward, and to ensure that young people across the country have access to vital skills and attributes for future life and work.
