The right candidate will play an instrumental role in coordinating, refreshing and innovating our suite of digital enterprise programmes.
About the role
The role will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operational support for our core digital programmes and platforms including YE Online (the platform for our company-based programmes), YE Market Place, Tenner Challenge and Fiver Challenge. To find out more please visit our website.
The role will report to the Senior Programme Innovation Manager and will support the improvement of existing digital systems and processes and identify new digital solutions to increase the accessibility and impact of our programmes. The role will also work closely with other members of the Programmes Team in a highly collaborative environment with plenty of opportunities to pitch in and support on different workstreams and projects.
You will have at least two years’ experience of developing and managing web content, using CMS and databases. You will also have an excellent knowledge and understanding of designing digital programmes and resources that are engaging and enhance the learning opportunities for young people. Experience of using WordPress would be an advantage.
You will be a proactive and highly driven individual who can manage complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and demonstrate exemplary skills in the project management of a varied workload with competing deadlines.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build good working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders is a must. You will describe yourself as a team player and be happy to pitch in and support other members of the team as and when needed.
