About Young Enterprise
Each year, Young Enterprise helps thousands of young people develop the skills, knowledge and confidence they need to succeed. Through our nationwide enterprise and financial capability programmes, we give young people the opportunities and experiences to discover who they are and what they’re good at. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-moving, youth-focused charity.

About the role
This is a key leadership role for YE.  As a member of our Senior Leadership Group, you will provide inspirational leadership, support, and effective management of 6 regional teams responsible for the development of highly successful educational partnerships across England and Wales. You will lead the teams in the creation and retention of high quality partnerships that achieve meaningful outcomes for young people and educators across the full geography of England and Wales. You will ensure all  programmes and projects delivered by regional teams are in line with YE’s No Time Like The Future strategy, and that YE’s suite of centrally delivered programmes and services are promoted in response to individual education partner needs.

You will support all 6 regional teams to develop & deliver a local needs based Annual Business Plan that outlines the delivery of key organisational KPIs, including local income fundraising.  You will have a successful track record in change management, as well as a demonstrable track record of delivering results through a diverse, remote team and the ability to quickly establish credibility and carry the confidence of different stakeholders. Working closely with the Head of Volunteer and Alumni Support to support the engagement and retention of volunteers, leading to an increase in relatable role models who are supporting and inspiring young people via our programmes. You will be proactive in supporting the continued progress towards a one team approach to local and national fundraising, as well as working closely with the Programmes & Services team to support our ongoing integration of YE’s enterprise and financial education programme and services offer.
