This is an exciting opportunity to join the Young Enterprise senior team at an important time for the charity as we work with our new CEO to launch a transformational new three-year strategy.
The Operations Director is responsible for ensuring that YE’s strategic aims and priorities, budget, business plan and quality standards are effectively delivered through YE’s young people facing programmes.
The successful candidate will lead and manage a high performing team, providing direction, support, motivation to achieve or exceed agreed KPI’s across young people facing programme delivery, and will work closely with YE’s other senior managers to continue developing our One Team approach to fundraising and the continued integration of YE’s young people and educator facing programme offer.
