Salary: Up to £30,000 p.a.
Location: Home, with travel to deliver outcomes assigned to the role. In addition it is expected that travel to London will be required twice per month.

The Programme Manager will be responsible for the setup, management, delivery and evaluation of programmes designed to equip young people with crucial financial, enterprise and employability skills.
The role will be responsible for the programme management of our Wales Pathfinder project. The project involves working with our education consultants and other stakeholders to develop and deliver a face to face and online training package designed to equip teachers with the knowledge, skills and confidence they need to deliver effective financial education to young people. This post will lead on the coordination of the project ensuring the various aspects of the project are completed on time and to budget.
There will be a need for some travel throughout Wales, particularly in the initial phase of the project, to engage with project stakeholders and to monitor delivery of the project outcomes.
The Programme Manager will also have responsibility for the maintenance and development of content for our three one-day programmes – LauchPad, Learn to Earn and Employability Masterclass. The programmes are delivered in school by our field staff, and have been designed to improve the financial, enterprise and employability skills of young people in secondary schools.
Across all programmes the Programme Manager will need to maintain regular communications with stakeholders and be confident in reporting progress, both face to face and in written report form.
