The Young Harrow Foundation (YHF) are looking for Development Manager to join our growing, dynamic team.
The Young Harrow Foundation (YHF) is a new charity, set up to work with organisations providing services for children and young people in the London Borough of Harrow. With initial three year funding from John Lyon’s Charity and City Bridge Trust, we are into our second year of providing fundraising, capacity building and networking support to local organisations to enable them to deliver their services as effectively as they can.
We are looking for a self-starter to become our Development Manager and who has the confidence and passion to be a key member of a small team making a real difference to the lives of children and young people in Harrow. The successful candidate will have excellent people skills. They will have the ability to think strategically and outside of the box; they will have a high standard of written communications; they will be organised with the ability to juggle competing demands and work under pressure.
