Young Roots is recruiting for an enthusiastic and committed female Project Worker to plan and deliver our weekly youth sessions in Croydon, working closely with the Project Coordinator and other staff, volunteers and partners (Refugee Council and The Bike Project). This is an exciting opportunity to join a team of dedicated staff and volunteers supporting young refugees in Croydon.

In line with the Equality Act 2010, there is a Genuine Occupational Requirement that the post-holder is female due to the gender sensitivity of the work involved. We would particularly welcome applications from people with lived experience of being a refugee and/ or from PoC.
