Job description

The Young Roots Casework Service aims to improve the life chances of young refugees and asylum seekers and support them to reach their potential by accessing their rights and entitlements.

The Senior Youth Caseworker (initial accommodation/ contingency hotels) will be responsible for providing intensive 1-to-1 practical and emotional support to young male refugees and asylum seekers (11 to 25 years old) who are within contingency hotels in Brent. The caseworker will manage their own caseload, work closely with colleagues on the project and participate in monitoring and evaluation with the Service Manager and Youth Welfare Officer.

This role is part time 28 hours per week.
