Job description

As part of the HR team you will have the opportunity to provide an excellent service and support to our staff so that YoungMinds can continue to create a future where all children and young people are supported and empowered.

If you are an experienced and passionate HR Business Partner with strong generalist experience come and join our team! 

The charity is currently introducing a new business strategy and this is a great opportunity to work as part of our small, friendly and effective HR team and contribute to the development of well-being, learning and development and employee engagement programmes, while ensuring efficient day to day HR support to colleagues.
