We’re the UK’s leading charity fighting for a future where all young minds are supported and empowered, whatever the challenges. We’re here to make sure they get the best possible mental health support and have the resilience to overcome life’s difficulties.
About Find Your Feet
Find Your Feet is a national project funded by the ASDA Foundation focussing on change, mental health and emotional wellbeing during the transition from Primary to Secondary school. Learning about change and how to cope with it will help young people with this particular transition as well as preparing them to manage other changes and challenges they face in life. The programme works to support the whole school community with mental health during the transition.
