We are looking to appoint a Delivery Manager to coordinate and develop our programmes of work with children and young people including, open access and detached youth work, individual support and targeted group work. The role will involve leading a team of Youth Support Workers to support, develop and engage children and young people to develop their social and emotional capabilities and emotional wellbeing, improve their engagement with learning and to stay safe.
This position requires a dynamic, flexible and enthusiastic person, with experience of leading and managing a teamas well asplanning, developing and delivering creative programmes of work for children and young people. Some evening work and occasional weekend working will be required.
You will bring an understanding of youth work principles and practice and of the diverse needs of socially excluded children and young people. You will have a strong track record of developing and implementing programmes of work to support children and young people and measuring the impact of such programmes.
