Mental Health charity seeking an Operations Manager
Full time - £32,500 per annum

Youth Talk is a well established and highly regarded local charity supporting 13-25 year olds who are struggling with their mental health and emotional wellbeing. Our team of professional counsellors are experts in working with young people and work hand in hand with our administrative and reception team to support growing numbers of young people who come to us for help and support.

Due to the forthcoming departure of our operations manager, we are now looking for an experienced and organised manager of people to take responsibility for the efficient and safe day to day operational running of our service and office.

The successful candidate will be experienced in leading, managing and supporting a team but will also be very comfortable rolling up their sleeves and helping with everyday tasks and routines. An ability to operate calmly in a busy customer facing environment whilst being able to juggle a demanding workload with regularly changing and competing priorities will be key.

Working as part of a team you will be a fast learner, comfortable working with technology and be experienced using systems and technology to increase efficiencies and productive ways of working.
