About the Role
Reporting to the Head of Finance, the Senior Finance Business Partner will play a central role in delivering high-quality financial planning, modelling and analysis across the charity.
You will lead on budgeting, forecasting and management reporting, while developing sophisticated financial models including scenario planning, cost recovery approaches and long-term income and expenditure projections to support strategic decision-making. 
Working closely with senior leaders and budget holders, you will provide clear, insightful analysis and act as a trusted advisor, helping teams to understand their financial performance and make informed, evidence-based decisions.
This role combines technical expertise, commercial insight and strong stakeholder engagement, with a clear focus on continuous improvement and organisational impact.

Key Responsibilities
Financial Planning & Analysis

• Lead the development of robust financial models, including multi-year forecasting and scenario planning
• Provide insight into financial performance through detailed analysis of income, expenditure, margins and cost ratios

Budgeting & Forecasting

• Own and continuously improve the annual budgeting and reforecasting processes
• Ensure budget holders are supported, accountable and aligned to organisational strategy

Business Partnering

• Build strong, collaborative relationships across departments, acting as a trusted advisor and “critical friend”
• Support non-finance stakeholders to understand and use financial data effectively

Continuous Improvement & Systems

• Enhance financial processes, systems and reporting tools to improve efficiency and insight
• Support the development of dashboards and data visualisation to improve decision-making
• Contribute to ongoing improvements in financial governance and controls

About You
We are looking for a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) who has an understanding of charity finance, with strong financial analysis and business partnering experience.

 Established in 2019, Podium Analytics is a charity that is creating a world with more sport, less injury.

 We were founded with the belief that, to see the full benefit of sports participation, more needs to be done to address the issue of youth and grassroots sport injury, which is an under-researched, under-resourced and often overlooked issue.  Harnessing the power of data and research, and through education, influence and advocacy, we are creating a revolution in grassroots and youth sport, making players safer and more able to enjoy the sports they love and for longer.

Our work so far has been underpinned by our founding funders and key major supporters, who believe in our unique position in the sporting world and ability to drive change.  In order for us to achieve our mission and the long-term impact that we are striving for, we need to build out and diversify our income base and have made good progress by recently establishing a Donor Advised Fund (DAF).  At this point of our growth, we are seeking a new Director of Fundraising and it will take an experienced philanthropy leader to join us and help shape the next stage of our evolution.

You will be responsible for developing growth strategies, funding opportunities and donor relationships across a diverse portfolio of income streams.  You will therefore need to bring experience of securing gifts and grants, ideally at the 6-figure level or more.  To complement our existing activity, high-value Trusts & Foundations and corporate partnership experience would be a bonus.

In this role, you'll lead the development and review of qualifications and apprenticeship assessments, including specifications, assessment strategies, sample assessments and test banks. You'll manage work through development, regulatory submission, implementation and ongoing review, helping to ensure our products meet regulatory requirements and maintain standards for all learners.

We're particularly looking for someone with experience in:

• designing and developing regulated qualifications and EPAs
• working within Ofqual, Skills England and other relevant regulatory frameworks
• embedding accessibility, inclusion and reasonable adjustment considerations into assessment design

The role

As a Senior Coach you will be working on the frontline delivering high quality one-to-one support to a caseload of young people across London. You will support young people to recognise and capitalise on their strengths by taking a coaching approach. You will work with young people who have been identified as having higher support needs and be proactive in taking steps to manage risk across your caseload. We are looking for a Senior Coach who can lead on demonstrating best practice across the coaching team and support the Programme Management Team to maintain an excellent standard of support.  You will use your insight and experience to act as a mentor to new coaches and support coaching colleagues in their practice, and to look to actively improve our support offer in collaboration with other Senior Coaches and Programme Managers. We are looking for someone who is compassionate in their work with others and celebrates examples of good practice whilst highlighting where there are areas for improvement, approaching this in a collaborative way.

You will draw on your experience to build and strengthen relationships with external professionals and develop Settle’s network across the boroughs where young people live. 

What we're looking for

We are looking for a driven, experienced individual, with the relevant skills to provide high quality support to a caseload of young people and ensure we give the very best we can. We are interested in someone who has a good grounding in a related frontline service and experience of proactively managing a caseload, collecting high quality data and keeping accurate notes. You will have the ability to take initiative and be comfortable flexing your priorities to support young people alongside holding Settle’s strategic goals.

You will be comfortable managing a level of heightened risk with the young people you are supporting, keeping timely and high-quality records, liaising with other professionals from a range of backgrounds, and providing support to colleagues to work towards positive outcomes for young people. You will have experience in managing safeguarding concerns well and thrive in the ups and downs of support-based work.

Overall, we are looking for a compassionate frontline worker, with an understanding of the value in coaching, and who has a level head at times of crisis. You are not afraid of shying away from difficult conversations and will challenge others appropriately to help them see a different perspective or viewpoint, always holding young people at the centre of your work.

Ronald McDonald House UK is seeking a proactive and creative Mass Participation Events Manager to lead the delivery and growth of our mass participation portfolio. The role will lead on the strategy, performance and delivery of our challenge events programme, ensuring events achieve agreed income and participation targets and work closely with the Head of Mass Engagement to shape and test future Ronald McDonald House UK owned mass participation events, supporting sustainable, diversified income growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Event strategy and planning

• Develop and deliver a clear strategy for challenge and mass participation events, aligned to fundraising targets and audience engagement objectives
• Identify and assess new event opportunities, including third party and bespoke challenges, to diversify and grow income
