A fantastic opportunity for an experienced facilitator ready to take on a leadership role. As a Lead Programme Coordinator, you will combine frontline delivery with team leadership and quality assurance, supporting a cluster of schools and a small team of PCs to deliver outstanding outcomes for young people. 

As a Lead Programme Coordinator (LPC), you will be at the frontline of our work-facilitating weekly sessions with young people, managing school and business relationships, and ensuring high-quality programme delivery across your cluster. Alongside this, you will line manage 2–3 Programme Coordinators, act as deputy to your Delivery Manager, and play a key role in driving quality and consistency across your regional team. 

Key Responsibilities:  

• Programme delivery and facilitating work with young people  

• Programme management and logistics  

• Stakeholder management   

• Impact management and quality assurance 

• People management – line managing 2–3 Programme Coordinators 

• Deputy Delivery Manager responsibilities 

Essential Experience, Knowledge and Competencies:  

• Experience of facilitating activities with young people – including preparing engaging sessions in advance by utilising resources available to them  

• Experience of project management – highly organised, with the ability to manage your own time to meet deadlines  

• Experience of working on projects which have multiple stakeholders – communicating effectively through written and verbal communication  

• Experience of line managing or supervising others – including setting clear targets, conducting 1:1s and supporting professional development

• Experience of quality assurance – reviewing data, identifying risk and taking action to improve delivery outcomes across a team

We are seeking a passionate and engaging Sessional Youth Worker to deliver health, wellbeing, mentoring, hair and beauty activities for young people in a vibrant community setting.

Position: Sessional Youth Worker – Health and Wellbeing
Salary: £14.80 per hour London Living Wage | £16.00 per hour for Saturday evening Senior shifts
Location: North West London
Working Pattern: Tuesday PM and Saturday PM

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to support young people through engaging health, wellbeing, mentoring, hair and beauty focused activities within a youth setting. You will help create a welcoming, safe and inclusive environment where young people can build confidence, develop skills and access positive support.

The role will involve working directly with young people during evening and weekend sessions, delivering fun and educational activities while helping to build strong, trusted relationships.

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering health, wellbeing, mentoring, hair and beauty activities for young people
• Supporting informal education and issue-based youth work sessions
• Planning engaging and inclusive activities that reflect young people’s interests

About You

• A passion for supporting young people to achieve their potential
• Confidence delivering wellbeing, mentoring or creative activities
• An understanding of safeguarding and inclusive practice
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends

Experience in hair and beauty, wellbeing or mentoring activities would be highly beneficial.

Furnishing Futures is an innovative charity creating fully furnished, healing homes for survivors of domestic abuse who have been rehoused in empty social housing. We do this by partnering with the interiors industry, which donates high quality furnishings that might otherwise end up in landfill. 

We are looking for an enthusiastic and talented junior designer who is passionate about our mission to assist our Homes Design team in creating a wide range of trauma-informed homes for beneficiaries and their children. You will need to be organised, compassionate, committed to anti-discrimatory practice and able to work at a fast pace. This position is based in Leyton E10 and involves flexibility with some work outside usual office hours, as well as travelling to all London boroughs. Tasks will vary from practical and physical design to administration and data entry. You will have a can-do attitude where no problem is too big and no task is too small.

You'll be joining a small team of Homes Designers making a huge difference to the lives of survivors and their children. 

Location: Loughborough, England (Travel required to all Baca Services locations)

About Us:

Baca is dedicated to providing support and care to 16 to 18 year old unaccompanied asylum seeking children who are newly arrived in the country, helping them rebuild their strength, dignity, and hope for the future. We work closely with social workers and representatives from other agencies to benefit the young people in our care.

Role Overview:

As a Support Worker, you will be a key worker for several young people in Baca's care, providing high-quality holistic and therapeutic support for their transition to adulthood. You will deliver services in line with Baca’s Theory of Change, ensuring the highest quality outcomes in physical and emotional wellbeing, education, employment, training, social engagement, and personal safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support young people using trauma-informed approaches (including PACE and recovery models)
• Promote safety and safeguard young people from exploitation and harm
• Support emotional wellbeing, independence, and life skills development
• Encourage engagement in education, training, and community activities
• Maintain accurate and compliant records
• Work closely with social workers, schools, and partner agencies
• Contribute to a reflective, learning-focused team culture

Requirements:
