Are you looking for an engaging, fulfilling, and varied role? Young Enterprise is looking for a new Educational Partnerships Regional Manager (EPRM) for the Midlands region. This region includes West Midlands.

As an EPRM you will be a key contributor to the regional strategy working very much in a one team environment whilst giving you the space to grow and develop your skills. Your role as EPRM will see you work directly with young people and teachers in schools that take part in Young Enterprise programmes such as company programme, day programmes and digital programmes. You will also oversee regional relationships, at local authority level or equivalent.
The EPRM role involves being flexible to the needs of the region and your team and to provide regional leadership. Some of the duties include, which is not an exhaustive list
- Deliver and or support the delivery of Young Enterprise programmes and services in schools, colleges, universities, and youth centres
- Work as part of the regional team to proactively identify and generate sources of local income to support YE programmes.
- Manage and monitor KPIs and local contracts associated with the above tasks through the regional operations plan set out by the Regional Manager.
- Work with the local YE Volunteer Team (LVT), providing support, direction and opportunities to engage with local activity, which may include fundraising, volunteering on programmes and / or promoting our programmes to new school
- Work closely with Programmes & Services team to support the development and delivery of our full suite of programmes, while also developing your own knowledge and understanding of our full suite of programmes and services to promote to schools.

You'll be working alongside an experienced and passionate regional team, with a 'can-do' ethos of supporting each other and sharing knowledge across programmes and geographies.
This is a home-based role, however, will require significant travel throughout the Midlands region (covering both East and West Midlands)

About You
As our Philanthropy Manager (Trusts) you will play a pivotal role in cultivating, nurturing, and growing relationships with Trusts and Foundations. This role involves working collaboratively across Save the Children teams to develop compelling proposals, secure support, and create sustainable partnerships.
You will also be responsible for independently providing expert stewardship and management of a portfolio of donors as well as actively driving new business creating and securing partnerships that create lasting impact for children.
In this role, you will:
- Independently managing a portfolio of existing and new donors through a variety of personalised and creative approaches ensuring excellent stewardship and translating into increased income for Save the Children
- Actively driving new business, working closely with key members of Save the Children's programming teams, the Trusts & Foundations Lead and other colleagues to identify and assess new prospects and to identify the most appropriate and impactful proposition to secure partnerships that create impact for children.
- Developing networks amongst donors and prospects to promote Save the Children's work and grow opportunities for philanthropic gifts.
- Working cross-departmentally to produce high quality written proposals, bids, concept notes and applications for donors.
- Working in collaboration with other colleagues to identify, design and execute new engagement events, opportunities, and products for potential and existing donors.
To be successful, it is important that you have:
- Experience of working in a fundraising environment or similar experience where comparable skills can be used to work with potential high-level funders and supporters.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to build relationships with, engage and influence a wide range of donors, and stakeholders (internal and external)
- Independent worker with the ability to plan, prioritise and manage a varied workload to meet deadlines, and pro-actively identify and pursue new opportunities.
- Project or partnership management skills including reporting, budgeting, meeting deadlines and working across multiple teams.
- Problem solving skills and a flexible, creative and positive approach.
- Strong communication skills – both written and oral – with the ability to develop and deliver compelling propositions and stewardship communications.

As our Senior Philanthropy and Partnership Manager-Africa, you will be responsible for cultivating and stewarding relationships with Africa-based donors, including corporates, foundations, and high-net-worth individuals. - Network and attend external events to raise visibility for Save the Children's Africa Philanthropy Initiative.
- Develop and implement strategic donor plans and stewardship events, tailored to engage and steward donors from Africa.
- Manage the Africa Advisory Board, identify potential donors, and ensure effective approaches are made to secure funds.
To be successful, it is important that you have:
- Experience in working or living in Africa, with a passion for African philanthropy and its potential for transformative change.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join the Individual Giving team and support the development and growth of the programme. The role will involve developing engaging content to communicate the importance and impact of our work, inspiring existing and new supporters to commit to long term support of the charity. This will involve printed media but also increasingly digital media as we look to widen the reach of our communications and messaging. It will also require excellent supporter care/donor retention skills to ensure that we make sure we maintain our donors support over the long term and experience working with databases, ideally Raiser’s Edge. Senior Individual Giving Officer, an excellent opportunity to join a fantastic Children’s Charity at a very exciting time of investment and growth across Individual Giving and Mass Fundraising.

Overall Duties of the Finance Manager will include:

LTSB has grown significantly over the past few years. Our work is only possible with the generosity and commitment of our supporters. This role will be responsible for managing existing corporate partnerships, developing new corporate relationships, and developing and delivering an events programme. Events is a relatively new area for the charity and we anticipate the events programme will, in the main, support our corporate partnerships and provide a varied package of engagement opportunities for our growing base of employee volunteers. These, and other events, will help raise vital funds as well as networking and new business development opportunities.
We’re looking for someone who has experience of a similar role/s. You will have great people skills and have experience of building and maintaining strong relationships. The Project Manager will be a key member of the Charity and will play a significant part in developing and delivering the Life Chances Programme to our beneficiaries. The post holder will work closely with the CEO and is able to draw on support from the Admin Support Officer.
The Project Manager will support the success of the Charity’s core operations, the development and delivery of the Life Chances Programme, the lifecycle of projects and financial management from securing funding to reporting impact by ensuring the effective development and management of project opportunities, proposals, funding and finances, planning, delivery, evaluation and reporting.
Main duties and responsibilities
Project Management
· Develop, plan, manage, evaluate and report on diverse and inter-related externally funded and non-funded projects.
· Develop, monitor, maintain and deliver effective project management plans, liaising with project partners to ensure the completion of tasks, workstreams and overall project outputs, outcomes and aims.
· Liaise with internal departments to ensure projects are delivered in compliance with Charity procedures.
