YWCA Yorkshire is looking for a very special individual who can contribute towards the outstanding service delivery at our Doncaster Service (Green Gables). Green Gables is our Supported Housing and Tenancy Support Service that provides support to young women with children, and families across the Doncaster area. The right candidate will have the skills to provide professional support to clients within a dedicated team but will also have the enthusiasm and creativity to support our commercial enterprises and fundraising initiatives.

The person that we are looking for will be resilient, highly practical and able to form positive relationships with staff, volunteers and clients. You will have a “can do” attitude and thrive in a high challenge environment. You will be persistent and committed to ensuring that clients and volunteers are supported, and able to meet their potential.

The opportunity:
Project Worker - Doncaster (Ref: PW/GG/2021)
Salary £21734 - £23945 (pro-rata)

 

A permanent, part-time role, 25 hours per week, supporting vulnerable young women with children, and families within a supported housing setting and also within their own tenancies. The hours will be worked over 3 days per week on a rota which will include some Saturdays. A copy of the rota is provided with the application pack.
