Job description

The executive administrator provides support to senior management with organisation and accuracy... Scheduling: correspondence, human resources, and meetings.

To take responsibility and ownership amongst others of

o minute taking,
o office organisation,
o project management,
o deadline compliance,
o important documents and files,
o HR and H&S data and compliance – Citation platform

The Executive administrator is an important new role to support the Senior management team, in everything from its work with the Charity Board. mailing out our twice-yearly magazine Zetetick Life, to elements of quality assurance of our work and housing.  We are looking for someone who is multi-skilled, has experience working with senior management, has discretion and understands the meaning of confidentiality.

The scope of the role is multi-faceted, so you will be adept at switching gears from routine, detail-oriented tasks to big thinking, contributing as needed to our teams and volunteers because as a charity sometimes it's all hands-on deck. You are generous with your time and expertise and will go the extra mile to do a job well.
