We are looking for someone to lead the small engagement team of volunteers and part-time staff, continuing and expanding on the multifaceted, multichannel marketing work we have done to encourage engagement. We aim to increase understanding of the important work we do, across multiple channels and improve the commercial engagement that enables us to offer supported-living housing to people with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health challenges.
The job needs
Someone who can think outside the box
- A curious and creative thinker on the one hand, you are highly organised with extensive IT knowledge particularly on apple mac and social media/web, a good team manager and a stickler for detail thrown in.
- You can manage a team of volunteers and staff and get the best from them.
- You know how important it is for marketing and engagement copy to not only leap off the page but also be 100% accurate and delivered on time. You have a passion for charity, marketing and charity engagement, with natural relationship‐building skills for building new business partners or ensuring all is weel with a tenant.
- You will be adept at switching gears from routine, detail‐oriented tasks to big thinking, contributing as needed to a small team of part-time staff and volunteers that is all hands on deck. You are generous with your time and expertise and will go the extra mile to do a job well, even one you weren't expecting.
