Job description

William Morris House is a vibrant community centre in Wimbledon closely aligned with the local Labour Party and trades union movements. We need an experienced, enthusiastic individual to put us at the heart of our communities.

We are looking for a House Manager to run our office,ensure the building is kept clean and safe, and be the primary contact for groups and individuals wishing to make use of our facilities.  S/he will report to a voluntary group of Directors.

Candidates should have at least 3 years' experience of working in a customer-facing administrative or estates role, be highly organised and be able to work independently as well as part of a team.

The post is 20 hours per week, spread across 5 days/ 4 hours per day.
