Job description

35 hours per week | 1 x Permanent & 1 x Maternity Cover for 12-month contract

This is an exciting opportunity to join Mind’s growing Workplace Wellbeing team, which operates across England and Wales. We provide support, services and guidance to organisations on how they can create a mentally healthy workplace.

Employers are increasingly recognising the business case and importance of supporting employees to have good mental health at work, which has led to a sharp rise in our engagement with organisations across various sizes, industries and sectors. The Workplace Wellbeing team has expanded in order to meet this growing demand effectively and build on the excellent work we have done with employers to date.

As an Account Manager, you will support the Workplace Wellbeing Services team in the ongoing provision of paid-for products and services to clients. These currently include Mind’s Training courses and learning products, consultancy services and Mind’s Workplace Wellbeing Index, a benchmark of best policy and practice in workplace mental health.

The core focus of your role will be to successfully secure and retain clients by building and maintaining excellent relationships, as well as creating a tailored package of support based on client needs.

You will be someone who is able to quickly establish personal credibility and have demonstrable experience of selling or promoting a product or initiative to both cold and warm B2B audiences. You will have excellent administrative, project management and communication skills (both verbal and written) and be able to work both independently and flexibly as part of a larger team, with good judgement and decision-making skills. You will have experience supervising or line managing others and have excellent planning and organisational skills to deliver high-quality work, on time and on budget.

To apply, please follow the link below to our website.

Closing date: 2 December 2019.

Mind is committed to equality of opportunity for all staff, and applications from individuals are encouraged regardless of age, disability, sex, gender reassignment, sexual orientation, pregnancy and maternity, race, religion or belief and marriage and civil partnerships.
