We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Administrator to expand capacity and play a key role in the next phase of our organisation-wide Salesforce rollout. Having successfully implemented Salesforce for donor management, we are now expanding the platform to support our international field operations.
Working as part of our International Salesforce team, you will configure a brand‑new Salesforce NPC platform, integrate it with our existing NPSP donor system, and provide day‑to‑day support to users across 18 countries. FTWW is looking for a Communications Coordinator! The successful candidate will develop and grow the organisation’s online platform, including sharing information, resources and signposting within FTWW’s pan-Wales virtual peer support community and beyond.
The role is full-time (0.8 FTE considered for the right candidate), home-based within Wales, with occasional travel to events and meetings, so a driving licence and access to a car would be an advantage. Your role
You will be responsible for the management, development and delivery of marketing and communications to support CWNN’s fundraising strategy. JOB PURPOSE
The postholder is responsible for securing, managing, and growing commercial partnerships with organisations that support AdviceUK’s mission, values and strategic priorities. 1. Partnership development
Identify, research, and secure new commercial and corporate partnership opportunities aligned with AdviceUK’s strategic and income generation priorities.
Identify and develop new products and services that benefit members, grow income, and support member recruitment and retention.
Shape new products and services with user and sector insight, applying structured approaches to testing, evaluation and scaling. Ensure that pricing, return on investment and other financial modelling is completed to demonstrate how new products or services deliver agreed objectives.
Bring external market insight into AdviceUK’s strategic planning and decision making, ensuring that commercial partnership propositions are clearly differentiated in the markets they are targeting.
Work with the Head of Membership and Services, other colleagues at AdviceUK, and AdviceUK’s existing commercial partners to develop a commercial partnership strategy, business plan and pipeline.
Lead negotiations and contract discussions in partnership with the Head of Membership and Services, Finance and where relevant, AdviceUK commercial partners and subsidiaries.

2. Partnership management and growth
Act as the primary relationship manager for AdviceUK’s current commercial partners and subsidiaries to ensure they feel valued, informed, and engaged throughout the partnership lifecycle.
Maximise the value of established partnerships through renewals, extensions, upselling opportunities, and agreed new income generation activity. Support cross‑team collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Identify opportunities for innovation and growth within AdviceUK’s commercial partnerships portfolio.
Support the communication of impact to partners, including reporting on outcomes enabled by their support.
Represent AdviceUK at events, conferences and networks relevant to the commercial partnerships portfolio.
3. Income generation and performance
Ensure all partnerships deliver against agreed financial and non‑financial objectives. Contribute to departmental budgeting and forecasting.
Monitor partnership performance and provide accurate reporting on partnership income, engagement, and impact.

Main Role & Responsibilities
The Programme Resource and Content Assistant supports the development, maintenance and continuous improvement of Ygam’s programme resources and content.
The role has responsibility for the coordination and delivery of the Ygam Alumni newsletter, contributes to the design and updating of programme resources, and supports the implementation of changes arising from programme reviews, evaluation and feedback. Working closely with Programme, Insight and Content colleagues, the post holder helps ensure resources remain current, high‑quality and responsive to learning and impact findings.

Job Summary for Senior Stories Officer
The Senior Stories Officer is responsible for sourcing, developing and sharing powerful lived‑experience stories that bring Bowel Cancer UK’s mission and impact to life. The role leads the ethical gathering, crafting and distribution of case studies across channels including media, digital, social media, fundraising materials, campaigns, partnerships, and internal communications.
The postholder will work closely with people affected by bowel cancer, ensuring their experiences are represented sensitively, accurately and in an informed way. They will also support colleagues across the charity to use stories effectively, maintaining a central story and assets bank, and safeguarding processes.

As an Online Communities Lead, you will make independent moderation decisions, including assessing safeguarding risks and applying proportionate escalation in complex situations.
