About the role
The Head of Buildings & Facilities is responsible for the effective, safe and compliant management of The Passage’s buildings and for ensuring that Facilities support the charity’s residential services, day services and offices. The role ensures compliance with statutory, regulatory and organisational requirements, maintains high standards of safety and sustainability as well as delivering value for money.
The role also helps develop and implement our Asset Management Strategy, ensuring our building stock remains in good condition in the medium and long term.
The Head of Buildings & Facilities is supported by a small but experienced Facilities Management team and a number of external contractors.

CoppaFeel! are the UK’s only youth focused breast cancer awareness charity, and we’re on a mission to get every 18-24 year old checking their chest. We educate people on the signs of breast cancer and encourage them to check their chests monthly, so that if they notice something unusual they are empowered to contact their GP and advocate for themselves.
We do this because when diagnosed early, breast cancer treatments are more effective and survival rates are higher. Early detection can save lives.
Breast cancer does not need to be detected late, and as long as we are here and continue to be supported by people like you, we will do all we can to make sure this doesn’t continue to happen.
The Role
CoppaFeel! is looking for a Corporate Partnerships Executive to play an essential role in our Partnerships Team. This role will play a key role in supporting the execution of our new business strategy; identifying leads to build a strong prospect pipeline, creating proposals and pitching to secure exciting and impactful new partnerships for CoppaFeel!.
You will be the first point of contact when enquiries arrive from our website or our corporate inbox and you will manage the stewardship and donor journey of these leads.
The Corporate Partnerships Executive will sit within the Partnerships Team as part of the Fundraising Directorate, and will work closely with the other Corporate Partnerships Executive and Corporate Partnerships Manager. They will report to the Corporate Partnerships Manager. This role will support the team with stewardship of existing partners and fundraisers as well as administration; such as sending invoices, writing thank you letters, sending out fundraising materials, and much more. This role also will be required to attend fundraising and partnership events to represent CoppaFeel!.
This is a hybrid role, with the expectation that you will attend the London office 2 days per week. You will be required to attend the office for quarterly team meetings, department meetings and in person training, we will provide plenty of notice for when you are required to be in for these purposes.
Duties and Responsibilities
Support the Corporate Partnerships Manager with building and maintaining a pipeline of prospect corporate partners, nurturing relationships to grow into long-term collaborations
Ensure all corporate enquiries receive timely acknowledgement and communication, putting donors on the right supporter journey
Researching and completing due diligence on prospects and partners
Support on writing, reviewing, developing and presenting proposals and pitches
Research sector trends and opportunities to identify new business prospects
Design and execute creative approaches to prospects in line with CoppaFeel’s brand
Support on account management some of our smaller newly acquired partnerships throughout the year, and particularly during Breast Cancer Awareness Month
Source raffle prizes and gift-in-kind for partnership events
Attend partnership events and wider fundraising events representing CoppaFeel! and sometimes working out of office hours (TOIL given)
Support with copy-writing and content creation for internal and external communications channels including website content, social media posts, e-newsletters, blog posts and content for partner channels
Support the day-to-day administration of the partnerships team across both new business and account management workstreams
Coordinate fulfillment of fundraising materials requested by partners and supporters
Work with the Finance team to keep accurate up-to-date income records for partnerships
Keep CRM systems and partnership records up-to-date and accurate
Keep diary and shared calendar up-to-date, shared communications across the organisation including desk booking systems, People HR, Weekly Round Up and contribute to team meetings
Support CoppaFeel!’s EDI strategy, to ensure our partnerships are helping us reach as many young people as possible
Support the Corporate Partnerships Managers, Senior Corporate Partnerships Manager, Head of Partnerships and wider fundraising team as and when needed during busy periods.

Accountabilities:
Executive and CEO Office Support
• Proactively manage the CEO's diary, inbox and correspondence, exercising independent judgement in prioritising requests and protecting time for strategic priorities.
• Prepare and commission high-quality briefings, background notes, talking points and presentation materials to ensure the CEO is fully prepared for all meetings and engagements.
• Draft, review and quality-assure outgoing correspondence, reports and communications on behalf of the CEO.
• Coordinate and manage complex domestic and international travel arrangements, itineraries, visas and logistics for the CEO and COO, ensuring efficiency and value for money.

• Maintain the governance calendar and ensure all regulatory and statutory reporting deadlines are met in coordination with the Company Secretary, CEO and COO.
• Support the onboarding of new Trustees and maintain up-to-date records of Board membership, terms of office and declarations of interest.
• Build strong working relationships with Trustees, acting as a responsive and reliable point of contact between Board meetings.
• Assist with the organisation of the Annual General Meeting and other governance events.
Leadership Team Coordination
• Coordinate the Global Leadership Team (GLT) meeting cycle, including agenda-setting, papers, actions and follow-up, working closely with the CEO and members of GLT.
• Support the CEO in tracking GLT action items, strategic priorities and key commitments, flagging issues and ensuring accountability.
• Co-ordinate with Regional and Country Directors on the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) meetings, including agenda-setting, papers, actions and follow-up,

• Coordinate logistics for high-level external visits, delegations, conferences and events involving the CEO.
• Assist with donor stewardship activities and the preparation of materials for fundraising and partnership development.
• Represent the CEO's office professionally in interactions with government officials, international organisations and peer NGOs.
Project and Research Support
• Take on research and project management tasks as directed by the CEO

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate:

• Significant experience (typically five or more years) as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant supporting a Chief Executive or equivalent senior leaders in a complex and or charitable organisation.

Main Purpose and Scope of the Job:

Role Purpose
We are looking to recruit a talented, dynamic and professional Engagement Manager to join our team. In this role, you will lead all aspects of the Flintshire Befrienders project.
Flintshire Befrienders is funded by the National Lottery Community Fund and supports older people experiencing social isolation and loneliness. Our team of Volunteer Befrienders provide companionship, help to build confidence, and encourage engagement in the local community. The project consists of:
· One-to-one befriending in a person’s home, or over the telephone
· Community buddying – support to attend local community groups and events
· Volunteer-led events – activities that older people can engage in, based on their interests
The right candidate would be someone with experience of supporting and managing volunteers, working with older people facing isolation and loneliness, as well as someone who can work flexibly and demonstrate a commitment to our organisational values.

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to take operational ownership of IT infrastructure and MSP relationship management, facilities, fleet, and contracts across our organisation. This is a wide-ranging role where your work directly underpins our frontline teams’ ability to deliver life-changing support to families with seriously ill children.
About the role:
Reporting directly to the Director of Finance and Operations, you will have input into how Rainbow Trust manages its IT, property and facilities, and fleet - while also leading on the day-to-day operational infrastructure across the organisation, including overall responsibility for our IT infrastructure and security. The role holder will act as the primary internal point of contact for our Managed Service Provider, overseeing service delivery, SLAs, and ensuring our IT infrastructure remains secure, compliant and fit for purpose
Managing the office facilities, leases, and contracts across our head office and nine regional sites, you will lead on contract negotiation and supplier management, managing a central administration budget and project manage office moves and operational projects.
With a focus on improving the efficiency of our systems, processes and ways of working, you will also line manage our Fleet Administrator, overseeing our fleet of 80 leased vehicles and be an integral part of decision making.
This is a substantive management role with real ownership, and meaningful variety - ideal for an experienced operations professional with a sound understanding of Microsoft Administration and cyber security ready to take on a broad remit in a values-driven organisation.
What we’re looking for:

A qualification in cyber security or IT and experience of Microsoft administration, cyber security and MSP management is also necessary for this role.
