As a specialist charity supporting survivors of sexual violence across twelve South London boroughs, we provide counselling, group therapy, advocacy, prevention education, and professional training. About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and committed Deputy Children and Young People (CYP) Lead to support the development and delivery of our therapeutic services at a pivotal time of growth and transformation.
Reporting to the CYP Clinical Lead, the successful candidate will play a key role in providing day-to-day leadership and guidance to CYP counsellors and therapists. You will help ensure that services for children and young people are consistently safe, effective, trauma-informed, and survivor-centred.

We are committed to ending the homelessness of more people using our direct services, including people with complex needs. To do this, we are seeking a part-time Practitioner Psychologists to join our fantastic team in Crisis Skylight London.
You will form part of the local Leadership team, supporting the implementation of Psychologically Informed Environments (PIEs). You will support the delivery of our work to members by offering training and leading reflective practice for staff and providing direct services to members at times.

ECHO’s Outreach Coordinator will provide support to families of children and young people aged 0-25 affected by CHD (Congenital Heart Disease) and patients.

Can you also research the needs of 18–25-year-olds, develop peer support and programmes for them, and deliver this on a small budget with patient and carer input throughout?
This role provides high-quality emotional, social, and practical support to children with heart conditions, their siblings, parents, and carers, from birth to 25 years. You will deliver 1-to-1 outreach in the hospital and the community, lead play and wellbeing activities, and maintain a visiting programme across children’s departments, including PICU, Cardiac, and NICU. 20% of your focus is supporting young people aged 18–25, identifying their needs, assessing numbers, and developing peer support programmes. The role also involves creating resources and accurate information for families, offering guidance for those facing bereavement or loss, promoting wellbeing across hospitals and networks, planning events, contributing to closed social media groups, maintaining records, and capturing impact through case studies and testimonials.

Job Purpose:
This role will lead the development and delivery of Allergy UK’s youth engagement initiative. We are beginning several exciting new projects focused on engaging young people who live with allergy and providing opportunities for them to have a voice and support them in raising awareness of the issues that affect their life. We are seeking young people’s participation and co-production in all activities we develop to support their needs. The role of Youth Engagement Officer will be to engage with young people across the UK, to ensure that they have the opportunities and support to shape and influence Allergy UK’s programmes and activities for young people living with allergy.
The Youth & Community Engagement Officer will engage with children and young people across the UK to ensure they are meaningfully involved and supported to influence Allergy UK’s services, campaigns and resources. This includes creating safe, inclusive spaces where young people and parents and carers feel listened to and empowered to share their experiences.
The successful individual will develop youth opportunities that build confidence, skills and life chances, while supporting children and young people living with allergy to overcome the social, emotional and practical barriers they may face. A key part of the role will be working collaboratively with parents and carers to ensure their voice inform decision making and design.
As a Youth & Community Engagement Officer, you will have experience of working positively with children, young people and families, and have a proactive, organised and confident approach.
Strong organisation skills and initiative are essential as you will be the lead Allergy UK’s youth provision.
You will coordinate a range of activities on-line and in-person engagement sessions, blogs, podcasts, learning opportunities and digital activities all rooted in co-production principles. You will work as part of a wider team to engage children, young people and parents and carers, to amplify unheard voices and stories, and help drive positive change for families living with allergy.
The post is funded by the National Lottery Community Fund until September 2028. As a grant- funded role, the postholder will be responsible for the effective delivery, monitoring and evaluation of agreed grant outcome and KPI’s, ensuring full compliance with funder requirements and reporting deadlines.
Your main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

· Design, develop and deliver youth-led and family-centred services across three core areas:
o Continue to design and deliver youth-led services with the existing 18–25 youth group for people living with allergies
o Recruit, , launch and establish a new youth group for 13–17-year-olds living with allergies
o Recruit, launch and establish a support and engagement group for parents and carers of children and young people living with allergies
· Plan, project manage and deliver engaging co-production projects, building positive, trusted relationships with children, young people and parents and carers, and promoting meaningful participation.
· Create opportunities for young people to have a strong and influential voice, supporting them to engage in Allergy UK’s awareness- raising and public affairs activity to influence policy, improve services and drive change.
· Establish, develop and lead the Allergy UK Youth Forum, ensuring it is representative, inclusive and impactful.
· Support and develop young people to become champions and ambassadors for Allergy UK, building confidence, leadership skills and advocacy capability.
· Work collaboratively with a wide range of organisations including but not exclusively schools, local government, health and youth services and voluntary sector organisations.

The Advocacy Academy is an activist youth movement. We serve as the political home for grassroots youth organising and the catalyst for collective action. The lives of the young people we work alongside have been directly shaped by living in an unjust world, and we exist to turn their anger into action.
Young people are often the catalysts for major social change, from the Student Non-violent Coordinating Committee at the heart of the Civil Rights Movement, to the Soweto Uprising mobilising young people to resist the apartheid regime's education policies, to the Sunrise Movement redrawing the electoral map across America, and more recently encampments and protests across the world protesting the genocide in Palestine. How successfully they achieve real and lasting change depends on whether they are organised and whether they have the right strategy and tactics to be effective.
We are now looking for a Head of Spacemaking & Operations who believes in this vision and can ensure that TAA’s Liberation Centre is safe, fully operational, and intentionally designed as a welcoming, accessible, and inclusive environment. This role bridges operational delivery and spatial experience, ensuring that the Centre not only functions effectively behind the scenes, but also reflects TAA’s values in how people experience, move through, and use the space. You will combine operational oversight, facilities management, and space experience design, working across teams to ensure the Centre is safe, compliant, efficient, accessible and welcoming for staff, young people, and the wider community.

We’re looking for a Volunteering Innovation Advisor to help us explore, test and embed new approaches to volunteering for the years ahead.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is curious about emerging trends and motivated to find ways to reach people who do not currently volunteer with Samaritans. You’ll help develop new and more flexible models of volunteering—looking beyond our existing approaches to remove barriers, engage different audiences, and create opportunities that are both meaningful and sustainable.
This role is focused on developing new ways of attracting volunteers, with an emphasis on reaching new audiences and exploring different approaches.

What You’ll Do
In this role, you’ll bring ideas to life by exploring how volunteering needs to evolve. You’ll research emerging trends and changing expectations to help shape new roles, opportunities and approaches to volunteering—particularly focused on attracting and engaging new volunteers to Samaritans.
You’ll use insight to design and test new ways of reaching different audiences, removing barriers to involvement, and creating more flexible and inclusive opportunities. This isn’t about refining what already exists—it’s about developing and trying new approaches that will help us grow and diversify our volunteer community.
You’ll help answer questions like:
• How can Samaritans offer more flexible and inclusive opportunities?
• What motivates volunteers today, and how is that changing?
• How do we ensure our volunteering reflects the diversity of the communities we support?
From gathering and interpreting insight to shaping ideas, planning projects and working with colleagues and volunteers, your role will be to turn thinking into action—helping to build a more inclusive, future-focused approach to volunteering across the organisation.
