and innovative care and support business known for its life-changing services is looking for a dedicated and target driven Income and Housing Officer who can maximise the organisation's rental income collection, effectively manage rent arrears and deal with other breaches of the occupancy agreement.

Managing a patch of 400+ units across our services you will ensure that challenging rent collection targets are met but also that everything is done to avoid eviction. Your personal qualities are as important in this role as your work experience.

Working alongside Operational Colleagues, the Income and Housing Officer will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of generic Housing Management services across their patch with the main focus on Income Collection and some ASB management. You will be expected to meet tight KPI's increasing rent collection and carry out rent arrears actions at all stages from the initial warning letters to the eviction stage.

In order to effectively deliver the services listed above to their patch, the Income and Housing Officer will need to work closely with Contract Managers and Support Workers working within our projects to empower and enable them to carry out their responsibilities. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills are a pre-requisite to the role. The post holder will be extremely flexible and have the ability to effectively manage multiple projects at one time.

Fixed term contract of 6-9 months

Needs to be able to travel, some homeworking but priority is out on site visiting customers in their homes and having a presence in the community.

This role requires a valid Right to Work for the UK as Look Ahead are not a sponsoring organisation.

What you'll do:

Take responsibility for maximising rent collection across a defined patch of Look Ahead's portfolio of properties ensuring that rent collection targets are met and tenancies sustained
Advise operational teams on their support related arrears management activities, including holding local surgeries with tenants and staff, taking direct control of higher level and more complex arrears cases
Proactively monitor all current and former accounts within the defined patch and make recommendations to the Housing Manager for appropriate former accounts to be written off or referred to Look Ahead's debt collection agency
Ensure that the rent collection function is carried out both sensitively and in a timely fashion so as to avoid the build up of excessive arrears and record all case details accurately.
Ensure that all sign ups within the defined patch are done accurately on the correct type of tenancy and at the correct rent and service charge levels.
Prepare files and documents for legal action and present cases in County Court hearings for possession claims, money judgements

They require an experienced Operations Manager, with strong Office Management skills to join them in May to take a lead in looking after the operational side of the charity and hold the fort, and ensure the charity is running smoothly. Typical day to day duties will include general administration, health and safety in the workplace, archiving, ensuring the teams have office supplies, support on any governance, liaising with trustees, pulling reports, and managing the HR system ensuring the administration is up to date, and being involved in any recruitment and onboarding.

You will bring knowledge and experience of improving processes, working on a HR system, Excel, management of new suppliers and contract management. About the role:

You will be support victims of ASB, working with a multitude of partners across all local authority areas to ensure their expectations of services are clear and their personal needs are met. You will work with both adults and young people & work closely with partners. Ultimately, you will help them cope, recover and move forward from their experiences.

You will provide high quality support to all victims of Anti-Social Behaviour managing a caseload and offering support over the telephone and in person, including home visits. You will assess the victims needs and provide emotional support, advocacy and practical help.

You will also mentor and be responsible for volunteers who will assist you with your caseload and support lower risk victims.

You will work closely with the local Council(s) ASB team and environmental health department, police, housing and other agencies to achieve positive outcomes for victims, as well as a wide variety of people including people with additional vulnerabilities and repeat victims.

You will need to work well in a multi-agency environment, be dynamic, organised and flexible in how you work and support our clients.

Willow is recruiting a new Trust Fundraising Officer and Prospectus is excited to lead the search. Willow work tirelessly to provide support and special days for seriously ill 16-40 year olds. This newly created role will work in a hybrid setup from home and the Hertfordshire office.

The Trust Fundraising Officer will manage their own portfolio of trust accounts and will support efforts to research and identify new prospects for the fundraising pipeline. You will be responsible for funding applications to trusts and foundations and will ensure the effective and timely stewardship of relationships is recorded on the database, building lasting relationships with funders at every opportunity.

The selected candidate will have ideally demonstrable experience of raising income from trusts and foundations and will have experience of working in a fundraising and/or charity environment. You will have superb writing skills and will enjoy working to develop compelling arguments and case for support.

The hub offers a wide range of facilities, community activities and services as well as 81 beautiful extra care apartments. The focus is on the local community and the people within it, where people can come to meet, eat, celebrate, collaborate, learn, and grow. A temporary need has arisen for Community Centre Assistant for a period of up to 2 months initially on a part time basis (4pm - 8pm), Monday to Friday.

The role - Community Centre Assistant

As a Community Centre Assistant, you will;

• Provide operational support to the day to day running of the community centre, including health and safety and customer support.
• You will provide a professional inclusive and customer focused service to the users of the community centre.
• Ensure centres are set up correctly in advance of bookings.
• Make sure the centre is clean and well-presented.
• Ensure hirers clear away at the end of a booking and leave the room ready for next user.
• Where relevant maintain schedules and records of building maintenance, reporting maintenance or repairs issues to the relevant team.
• Carry out health and safety checks and maintain appropriate records.
• Take responsibility for opening and closing the building when directed including evenings and weekends as required.
• Inspect community centres in accordance with procedures, maintain all associated registers and records and ensure all actions identified are rectified.
• Work collaboratively with internal colleagues and teams, residents, and user groups to ensure effective, efficient and customer focused delivery of services relating to the centres.
• Ensure accurate and up to date records are kept using appropriate systems.

The candidate;

• Able to demonstrate experience of delivering customer focused services in a demanding, public facing environment.
• Highly organised, able to prioritise and manage a demanding workload.
• Good communication skills.
• Great customer service skills.
• A basic DBS is required for this role.

The Individual Giving Fundraiser will be responsible for cultivating and stewardship relationships with individual donors with a focus on acquiring and retaining regular givers as well as coordinating appeals, raffles, legacy and in-memory programmes. The Individual Giving Fundraiser will lead the new gift solicitation programme which involves a new support journey, offering different opportunities to scale gifts up and down. You will work within the brilliant Supporter Fundraising Team and meet overall income targets with your colleagues.

The selected candidate will have experience of working in direct marketing with good working knowledge of donor recruitment, retention and development. You will have experience of working in a fundraising environment and ideally have experience of preparing and managing annual plans and budgets. You will ideally like to keep up to date with individual giving fundraising trends and look to increase your skills and experience in this vital area of fundraising for Willow.
