The purpose of this role is to provide efficient and comprehensive administrative support to the joint directors of development and engagement (D&E), and director of policy and strategy (P&S). This would be an ideal role for a well-organised and enthusiastic candidate who is looking for the next step in their business administration career. The post-holder will also work closely with colleagues in the chair’s, chief executive’s, deputy chief executive’s and other directors’ offices, and will be a key member of a busy, but collaborative, executive support team (EST).

The director of D&E and the director of policy and strategy work across the organisation and with multiple external stakeholders to forward the work of NHS Providers on behalf of our members. The post-holder must be a team player with an ability to work flexibly across the organisation, prioritising and managing their own workload amid conflicting demands and busy work periods. Excellent judgement and discretion, and an ability to promote a positive image to both internal and external stakeholders, are essential.

The Role

As FareShare continues to build broad and successful partnerships with key food suppliers across the UK, the Impact Reporting Officer will play a vital role in managing data and effectively demonstrating our impact to the food industry. This position is central to achieving our mission of saving usable surplus food and feeding communities.

This role is a reporting and systems lead, providing administrative and analytical support to the Food Team with a primary focus on consolidating and managing food volume data. Demonstrating to companies the difference their food makes  in an informative and engaging way is a key driver of continued support and motivation for the food industry. We seek a fast learner who can engage across various internal systems, including FareShare’s national WMS, Power BI, and our CRM Salesforce.

Working closely with the Food Team, the role will extract and manipulate data from our systems, presenting it meaningfully in reports and updates for our key food partners. Additionally, this role will collaborate with FareShare’s in-house technology department (The Info Centre) to champion and support the maintenance and accuracy of systems used within the Food Team, ensuring account records are up-to-date, and live reporting is both accurate and beneficial to account managers while adhering to GDPR policies.

This role will champion the further embedded usage of our CRM system (Salesforce) to better manage multifaceted relationships with our partners across the food industry. Having a clear £29,362and aligned view of the relationships across the industry is central to our ability to achieve our ambitions in partnership excellence. This role will both support the teams in keeping the CRM accurate and work with the Info Centre in suggesting and implementing builds and developments to the CRM that enhance our ability to successfully track and monitor key relationships.

Alongside the ownership of our impact data, this role will also contribute to cross-departmental data analytics projects and support the Marketing team to gather qualitative impact stories. Across both qualitative and quantitative impact data, this role will look to translate all of this into meaningful insights for companies that highlight FareShare’s work and ultimately help to deliver more food for those that need it.

Main areas of responsibility

Impact Reporting

• Design, build and implement impact reporting activities across the Food Team, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and alignment with key partner joint partnership plans
• Develop and implement best practices for impact reporting to effectively communicate the difference made by partners’ food .
• Support the gathering of qualitative impact stories, working collaboratively with charity partners and individuals to compile compelling narratives.
• Bridge the gap between qualitative and quantitative impact data, translating both into meaningful insights that resonate with key stakeholders.
• Develop content that effectively communicates the broader impact of our initiatives to both corporate and charity partners.

Data Analysis and Insights

• Provide comprehensive reports and analyses on food partner volumes, aiding Commercial Manager presentations and reports to food partners, including Tesco reporting requests.
• Utilise analytical skills to extract meaningful insights from various internal systems, contributing to informed decision-making and strategy formulation (including where possible providing data to marketing team and to support commercial decisions across the procurement team).
• Collaborate with Commercial Managers to support data gathering for monthly reporting and quarterly/annual forecasting and targeting.
• Contribute to cross-departmental projects and discussions as the Food Team data lead

CRM System Enhancement

• Champion the embedded usage of the CRM system (Salesforce) to enhance relationship management with partners in the food industry.
• Collaborate with the Info Centre to suggest and implement CRM builds and developments that improve tracking, monitoring, and reporting capabilities.
• Provide hands-on support to the Food Team in improving the effective use of Salesforce, ensuring all team members are proficient in utilising its features.
• Work collaboratively to identify opportunities for CRM optimisation and efficiency gains in managing partner relationships.
• Support in the ongoing assessment of the Partnership Excellence pillar using our CRM

Food Data Accuracy

• Support the maintenance and accuracy of our food volume data across visualisation tools like Power BI, including full ownership of the food team Power BI report.
• Collaborate with the Info Centre to streamline processes related to live reporting, ensuring accuracy and relevance for account managers.

Troubleshooting, System Support and Training

• Work closely with the Food Team to understand how systems, including CRM and Power BI, are utilised for decision-making, strategic planning, and day-to-day operations.
• Offer troubleshooting support, identifying and resolving issues related to system usage and data management.
• Support in the delivery of training on existing systems with the ambition of building a stronger data culture across the Food Team and wider organisation

About the role:

As a Caseworker within this service, you will;

• Support people who are likely to be impacted by the effects of bereavement as well as being victims of crime
• Make calls to people referred to the service primarily by the police and our dedicated support line

You will bring community organising into the work of the organisation and place it right at the centre of the Power to Prosper programme.

Power to Prosper is a partnership project between The Runnymede Trust and New Economics Foundation aimed at tackling the underlying causes of poverty, inequality, and problem debt in the United Kingdom. The project recognises that the existing economic system leads to profound inequalities that disproportionately impact marginalised groups, including Black and minority ethnic communities, single-parent families, and households with disabled members. The programme will also take an intersectional lens with a strong emphasis on race equity.

This work will involve working with NEF and Runnymede teams to listen to people about the causes and potential solutions of inequality, poverty, and problem debt and to equip people that are most impacted with the skills to act together at a local, regional, and national level to address those issues. The successful candidate will report to a Community Organiser. The post sits in the Campaigns and Engagement Team at the New Economics Foundation, and you will work closely with colleagues at the Runnymede Trust. You must have a demonstrable commitment to anti-racism and have a track record of working with impacted groups with a good understanding of the wider context that causes inequality.

We're looking for an Agency & Partnership Manager to join our Landlord Services team located at our Head Office at Caledonian Road.

Look Ahead currently manages approx. 1,500 units on behalf of other landlords. The organisation typically enters into housing management agreements and other deliver vehicles [e.g. leases], as part of a wider contract to deliver care and support service to Local Authority and Health commissioners.

Housing management agreements and leases place responsibilities on both the landlord and management agent to provide services to tenants and licences and ensure compliance across all associated legislation (landlord & tenant, statutory landlord compliance and health and safety). To ensure compliance, agreements set distinct responsibilities for setting and collecting rent and service charges and the arrangement for maintaining properties to agreed standards.

The Agency Partnerships Manager will be responsible for ensuring that Look Ahead operates efficiently and achieves full compliance in relation to our housing management agreements, leases and office licences. The post holder will also act as the main point of liaison for the different landlords (both social landlords and private rented sector) and also act as the main interface between the Landlord Services and New Business Teams in ensuring that new services coming over with housing management obligations are properly established and integrated into the service.

The Agency Partnerships Manager will monitor the financial performance of housing management agreements and will take a lead role in negotiating appropriate allowances with Landlords and ensuring the full costs of delivery, including dilapidations and handback arrangements are understood and factored into business planning/financial modelling.

Furthermore, the Agency Partnerships Manager will have a key role in ensuring that operational service understand their responsibilities and will ensure a structured approach to quality monitoring and that Look Ahead/ Landlords are fulfilling their obligations.

The right candidate for this role will have the ability to travel.

This role requires a valid Right to Work for the UK as Look Ahead are not a sponsoring organisation.

What you'll bring:

Essential:

* Broad knowledge and experience in a Housing and Support environment
* Proven management experience in Housing Management
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal and a proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and customers
* Experience of working with other landlords or agencies

Desirable:

* Qualification in Housing Management
* Knowledge of commercial or Intermediate lettings

As an Assistant Housing Manager you will work closely with the Housing Manager to support the delivery of operational efficiency across the Company's six residential sites and services for 206 residents, including leasehold. You will provide excellent customer service to residents and work to ensure that each site is safe, secure and compliant with regulatory requirements. As well as, supporting the development and implementation of new systems and processes, providing guidance on Housing policies and procedures and working closely with the finance team to manage rental income and invoice payment. You will also deputise in the absence of the Housing Manager.
